VIDEO: Caitlin Clark exit interview
Clark met with reporters for the final time of the 2026 season on Thursday morning.
Indiana Fever star point guard Caitlin Clark sat down for her 2026 exit interview on Thursday morning.
She fielded questions about the comments made by teammate Kelsey Mitchell on Sunday, what will go into her thinking as it pertains to signing a possible contract extension via the EPIC provision, her thoughts on head coach Stephanie White, and more on the Fever's needs in free agency.
You can watch the full press conference below.
Clark on Mitchell, in part: "She knows how much I love her, and we've talked since the season has ended. There's nobody I would want to share the backcourt with other than her... I know this organization is going to work our butt off to get her back."
Clark on an EPIC extension, in part: "It's great that I have that opportunity. I think for myself, we haven't got into roster construction yet. We have to think about things with the cap and what we're going to need and who we are going to need to sign... Not saying I am going to sign it or not sign it, I think it's just kind of figuring out the way we need to construct our roster. No matter what, I'm going to be here."
